StayPut Fleet Service was born from faith, family, and a passion for keeping working trucks working. After years in corporate shops, Austin started StayPut to serve fleets with honest diagnostics, fair pricing, and integrity. If it isn’t safe for our families, it isn’t safe for yours.
I (Austin Weems) grew up helping my dad — a factory worker — build engines for drag and dirt track racing. In high school I doubled down on hands-on trades: automotive, building trades, and welding. Fixing vehicles stuck with me, and I pursued it through college.
After years in corporate shops with micromanagement, broken promises, and managers without industry background, I knew I needed a different path. During COVID-19, I stepped out in faith and started StayPut Fleet Service from scratch — no contacts nearby, just a commitment to serve honestly, keep people safe, and provide for my family.
Faith-based to me means I’m led by God — I’m not here to sell something you don’t need. If it isn’t safe for my family, it isn’t safe for yours. Honesty, integrity, and service before self guide every diagnosis, every repair, and every recommendation.
My family is my “why.” My wife battled depression after our second child; I was working long hours and missing moments. Starting StayPut let me be more present. Our third child arrived after the business began, and I’ve had time to create the memories I missed with the first two. Today, my goal is to grow from a single-truck operation to 4–6 units covering Central Indiana and nearby cities where the need is real.
Semi trucks and trailers, fleet passenger vehicles, and heavy equipment. We support yards, job sites, and roadside calls across a 30-mile radius of Southeast Indianapolis.
We serve a 30-mile radius of Southeast Indianapolis with on-site PMs, roadside repairs, and FMCSA Part 396 inspections.
