StayPut Fleet Service started the way a lot of good ideas do—out of frustration with how things were always done, and a desire to build something better for our family and the fleets we serve.
From a black truck and a decade of tools
Our story begins with one black truck, a decade’s worth of tools, and a choice: keep grinding inside systems that didn’t value skilled people or customers, or step out and build a different kind of fleet service company.
After years of seeing technicians overlooked, corners cut, and customers left in the dark, we decided to break that cycle. StayPut was born with a simple mission—bring honest, skilled, on-site service to fleets that need their equipment ready when it’s time to work.
Family-run, faith-driven
This isn’t a faceless corporate shop. It’s a family business built to provide for our kids and model what hard work, integrity, and faith look like in real life. Every truck we service, every trailer we inspect, is tied to someone’s paycheck and someone’s family at home—we don’t take that lightly.
Our faith shapes how we operate: show up when we say we will, do what we said we’d do, own it if something isn’t right, and treat people like neighbors, not ticket numbers.
